Terms of Service.

Liturgy helps worship leaders plan services, organize songs and liturgical elements, review what happened, and receive AI-assisted observations. Liturgy is a planning and reflection tool — it does not replace pastoral judgment, discernment, or leadership.

Liturgy is currently offered as a beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Access to a church’s workspace is controlled by that church’s administrators, who may approve, add, or remove members.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Liturgy.

You (and your church) retain ownership of the content you put into Liturgy — service plans, notes, sermons, recordings, uploaded files, and data synced from connected tools (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You’re responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, including song lyrics, recordings, and materials imported from third-party tools.

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate observations, summaries, and suggestions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is offered as counsel, not a verdict — always apply your own discernment. We don’t warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, and it should never be treated as theological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Liturgy can connect to third-party tools you authorize, such as Planning Center and Dropbox. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we access only the data needed to provide the features you enable. You can disconnect them at any time.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

uploading unlawful or infringing content; attempting to breach security or access other organizations’ data; overloading, probing, or reverse-engineering the Service; or using it to harass or harm others.

Paid plans may be introduced. When they are, pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will be presented before you subscribe. During the beta, features may be provided free of charge and subject to change.

You may stop using Liturgy at any time and request deletion of your account or your church’s workspace (see the Privacy Policy). Deletion removes only Liturgy’s own data and its access to the tools you connected — it never deletes or changes anything in Planning Center, Dropbox, or other connected services. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is necessary to protect the Service or its users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Liturgy and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
