Privacy Policy.

Account & church data: your name, email, role, and the church profile you provide (name, location, tradition, size).

Content you create: service plans, moments, notes, sermons and sermon notes, the song/element library, and audio recordings and their transcripts.

Connected-tool data: information you authorize us to sync, such as plans and song details from Planning Center, and sermon files from Dropbox.

Usage & diagnostics: product-analytics events (pages viewed, features used) and error reports, used to understand and improve the Service.

To provide and operate the Service; to generate AI-assisted observations on the content you submit; to sync the integrations you connect; to secure the Service and prevent abuse; to communicate with you about the Service; and to understand usage so we can improve.

We do not sell your personal information or your church’s content.

When you use AI-assisted features, the relevant content (for example, a service plan, sermon notes, or a transcript) is sent to our AI providers to generate a response. We use these providers strictly to deliver the feature you requested.

We share data with vetted providers who process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the Service:

Supabase (database, authentication, file storage); Vercel (hosting); Anthropic, Groq, and Google (AI processing); Resend (email); PostHog (product analytics); Sentry (error monitoring). If billing is enabled, Stripe will process payments. Integrations you connect — Planning Center and Dropbox — are governed by their own privacy policies.

We keep your data for as long as your account and church workspace are active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, security, and operational needs. Recordings and transcripts are retained until you or your church delete them, or the workspace is closed.

You can view and edit much of your data in the app, disconnect integrations at any time, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Church administrators can manage members and request deletion of the church workspace. To make a request, email privacy@liturgyapp.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Deletion affects only Liturgy’s own data and the connections you granted it. It removes the copies of your information stored in Liturgy and revokes Liturgy’s access to connected tools. It does not delete or change anything in Planning Center, Dropbox, or any other service you connected — Liturgy has read-only access to those and can never alter or remove data inside them.

Access to each church’s data is scoped to that church, and content is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to what’s necessary.

Liturgy is intended for church leaders and staff, not for children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
